How You Can Help :

The Sound on Stage is a 100% volunteer organization, and as such everything we do is wholly out of our love for the performing arts and with a desire to help promote the work that you are all doing on the stages in the area. If you’d like to help support the work we’re doing, please consider heading to our “Concession Stand” where you can find Sound on Stage branded t-shirts and mugs, or simply by donating by clicking the button below. All donations and proceeds from the sale of merchandise go directly toward helping to offset the cost of our awards ceremony.

We’re so excited to announce that The Sound on Stage Theatre Awards are back for a fourth year, and that for the third year in a row we are partnering with our friends at Tacoma Little Theatre as the event host. This year, we’re shifting the ceremony to a Monday evening (September 15, 2025), in hopes of avoiding conflicts with Sunday rehearsals and matinee performances so that we can celebrate with more of you. We’ll be handing out awards in the categories listed below for both the “Professional” and “Small Professional and Community” classifications, but more than that, this event is meant to be a chance for networking, for catching up with old friends and meeting new ones, for taking some time to appreciate each other and the great work that you’re all doing to keep the arts alive in these uncertain times, and more than anything to celebrate our wonderful artistic community.
